An extended responsibility role for the full business, holding responsibility for full scope of service, project delivery, marketing and opportunity growth.

Serving as the manager for the sub-segments applicable to TS domain.

Holding business ownership at country departmental level, including:

• Planning, designing and safely delivering entire project against client provided parameters and cost constraints

• Being a single Point-of-Contact (PoC) for customer interfacing, primarily technical, but also commercial

• Managing a team of ~100 personnel

• Managing the Net Income Statement (PnL)

• Assisting in development of contractual agreements, both client-side and vendor-side

• Developing risk analysis and control processes

• Interfacing with internal support functions, including finance, supply chain, legal and logistics

• Driving revenue and profitability metrics and KPOs

Instrumental in the field testing and introduction of the Schlumberger Signature† Downhole Gauges series in Pakistan

Co-founded the SAVIOUR Robotics team, which participated in the RoboCup Internationals (Graz, Austria, 2009) in the 'Urban Search and Rescue' category. Led the team to the RoboCup Regionals (Tehran, Iran, 2010)
